Customers once they give an order shall not be able to cancel their order from their side. i.e. once the order is placed and payment has been processed, the customers shall not be able to cancel their orders.
The order may be cancelled from the company side before shipment due to any of the following reasons:
The specific item is out of Stock..
The shipping address is not serviceable.
Any other reason beyond the control of merchants or Thecocktail
The orders may be cancelled post shipment and delivery due to any of the following reasons:
Correct product could not be delivered.
Shipping address found to be untraceable, wrong, incomplete, locked and customer not available.
Customer refused to take the delivery, However payment refund would not be done in such case.
The refund if needed to be done shall be made via the payment gateway within three working days and in case of modified amount, the difference shall be adjusted with other items added to the menu.
